It's that time of year again, out with the old and in with the new. The New Year often brings the best out in us. A time to reflect and plot a new and improved course for our lives.
How would you like to learn a simple mental exercise to help you communicate better, improve your decision making, have a broader view of the world around you, and give yourself a real shot at improving your relationships.
Understand that the way we react to and interact with the world is driven by our personal perspective. The biases that we all carry around with us, lead to preconditioned responses to situations and circumstances. All of our reactions build up over time based on our past experiences and beliefs and are constantly reinforced. In order to change outcomes, we must change our actions and how we react to things.
Below is the first in a series of guided meditations I developed to help you explore your own sense of perspective, and how to slowly alter it. Through these practices, you will learn to open yourself up to different ways of looking at things. I have used the same techniques to dramatically improve my communications and decision making, and give me a deeper sense of presence. Hopefully it will do the same for you.
Please enjoy and if you find it helpful, please Like and Share the video and Subscribe to our YouTube Channel so you will be notified when I publish the next part in the series.
Wishing you a truly amazing day! Happy Holidays!
