One of the biggest challenges to beginning a meditation practice or just trying to go to sleep or focus on a project is the distractions caused by the noise in our minds. I am putting together a series of videos to help you learn to peacefully co-exist with that noise. I will also be sharing my favorite exercises to allow the mind to quiet naturally.
